A - art festival

For the letter A only Lauren and I got to go. We went down to the Paseo Art Festival with another one of our friends. The Paseo is the Art District of Oklahoma City and they host an annual art festival. The art festival is one of my favorite things to do during the summer. You make your way through the sea of vendors, buy an old fashioned Root Beer, and be inspired by all the art work that surrounds you.

Although it was hot outside, we had a good time. We enjoyed looking at all the different artist's work and we topped the day off with Paseo Grill (In my opinion, one of the best restaurants in the Paseo). I think that the coolest place we found was a little shop called Bone Dust. They sell vintage clothes, hand-made products, and BOOTS! They didn't have my size, but I will keep going until they do! I bought a Madonna statue while we were there for only 15 dollars! Great store!

Over all, we had a great time! I have posted a few pics to share... enjoy!

::searching for summer::

So, what is this blog all about you may ask? It is about four girls who are searching for the summer of their lives! Those four girls are me and my three best friends: Kaleigh, Lauren, and Jenny! We all do our own thing during the summer and we wanted to make sure we would still make time for each other. So, our solution... plan at least 26 things to do during the summer, all starting with a different letter of the alphabet. Ex) C - California!

Through this blog, I will track are progress of our summer with details and pictures of each letter we complete. Since we all have different plans for the summer, we won't all be apart of each letter. Nonetheless, each letter will be completed with as many of us that can make it. I hope you enjoy our quest to find a summer to remember!
